Guidelines to maintain NEXTFORUM as a constructive, supportive, and safe community.

To maintain NEXTFORUM as a healthy, valuable, and respectful space for discussion, all members are required to follow the guidelines below.

Do's

  • •Post in the relevant category (Thread, Question, or Promotion — whichever is appropriate)
  • •Communicate with other members using courteous and respectful language
  • •Provide honest and transparent details in Promotion posts — never misrepresent products or services
  • •Ensure proper permission or attribution before posting copyrighted material

Don'ts

  • •Spam & Fraud: Fake promotions, phishing/scam links, or deceptive financial schemes are strictly prohibited
  • •Harassment: Personal attacks, intimidation, stalking, hate speech, or harassment toward any member is forbidden
  • •Inappropriate Content: Adult (18+) content, graphic violence, or material promoting illegal activities is not allowed
  • •Misinformation: Deliberately spreading false, fabricated, or deceptive information is prohibited
  • •Multiple Accounts: Creating duplicate or fake accounts to manipulate votes, reactions, or discussions is strictly forbidden

Automated Moderation

  • •Links are not allowed anywhere except the designated field in Promotion posts
  • •Spam, scams, adult content, and fraudulent offers are prohibited
  • •Content that violates these rules is automatically removed, and a notification is sent explaining the reason

Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in formal warnings, removal of posts or comments, or account suspension/ban depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

Despite our active moderation safeguards, if any inappropriate content escapes detection, please report it immediately so our team can review and take swift action.
