2User-Generated Content & Responsibility

• All threads, questions, promotions, comments, links, and replies posted on NEXTFORUM represent solely the individual views and responsibility of the respective author.
• NEXTFORUM does not own, endorse, or verify user-generated content. We act solely as a technology hosting platform.
• NEXTFORUM shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, disputes, or legal claims arising out of content published by users.

3Content Moderation & Best-Effort Standard

• We maintain community moderation systems to filter harmful, inappropriate, or deceptive material.
• Moderation operates on a best-effort basis — this does not constitute a guarantee that every inappropriate post will be detected or removed immediately.
• If a member inadvertently encounters adult (18+), offensive, or inappropriate content prior to removal, NEXTFORUM is not liable. Community members are encouraged to report violations promptly.
• NEXTFORUM reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, edit, or restrict any post, comment, or account at any time for any reason.
